Getting Through The Check Without Repeat Uploads

This block settles the order of the upload so nothing comes back to you twice.

Find The Verification Tab

Open your account area and look for the verification section, usually flagged once a withdrawal is pending. Do not email copies until that section asks for them.

Sharp Before Cropped

Photograph your photo identification flat on a dark surface, all four corners inside the frame, then upload the image. Glare and cropped edges are the two reasons files stall.

What Else Do They Need?

Snap the proof of address and the payment card together once the account prompts you. Mask nothing that shows your name, and keep the card number and expiry visible.

While The Review Runs

Leave the tabs open and watch your inbox for a result, which we aim to send within 14 hours. If a copy is unclear, send a fresh one to [email protected].

Four copies

Send The Papers That Prove Who You Are

One clear photograph of each usually settles it, so nothing gets asked for twice.

Why Now

The Moments A Check Arrives

You will know exactly which moments put your account into review and what gets asked each time.

Stop And Send Your ID

Large sums moving in or out draw a closer look under the licence held with the UK Gambling Commission, so have your photo identification and a recent proof of address ready.

Before Mismatch Becomes Delay

A mismatched name, date or address raises the same flag, because we cannot pay a person whose file does not line up; you will be asked to resend the correct paper.

Before The First Payout Moves

Money leaves the account only once identity is confirmed, so the first cash-out is where the check usually lands; upload the three papers and the payment card before you request it.

You Switched Payment Route

Adding a method we have not seen on your account means proving it is yours; a card image or account screenshot in your own name settles it before you deposit or withdraw.

Why Do You Need To Know Where My Money Comes From?

Running under UK Gambling Commission licence 20575-2477-R-392592 means checking where a player's money originates as part of AML duties. Treat the request as standard practice for every licensed operator, never as a suggestion that you have done something wrong. Orionspins Casino Ltd sends it to keep the account within the rules.

Send whichever of these match how the money reached your account.

Recent payslips or an employer letter
Bank statements for the last months
A tax return or self-assessment record
Proof of a pension or benefit award
Sale or inheritance paperwork

Rejected Versus Accepted Files

Reshoot In Brighter Light. Shots taken in poor light lose the text we must read, so the file cannot be checked against your details. Switch on a lamp and steady the phone Fit all four corners inside the frame

Has Your ID Expired? An expired document proves nothing about who you are today, so the licence will not let us accept it. Check the expiry date before you upload Send a current passport or driving licence

Was The File Edited? Files altered or trimmed look tampered with, and we cannot tell what was removed from the original. Upload the untouched original image Keep the whole page in the shot

When A Payout Waits On Your Papers

Read this and you will know what the check needs and what happens next.

When do I actually have to send my documents in?+

Send them at the latest before your first withdrawal, because our UK Gambling Commission licence (20575-2477-R-392592) requires a verified account before money goes out. The check can start earlier though, at registration or your first deposit, so a completed file never holds up a payout later.

What should I do if you turn down one of my documents?+

Re-send a clearer copy rather than a different document, since a refusal usually means the corners were cropped, the glare hid the text, or the photo was blurry. Check every edge and number is readable, then reply to the message from [email protected] and the review picks up where it stopped.

How long does it take you to finish checking my file?+

Allow up to 14 hours from the moment a complete set of documents reaches us. Most files are signed off well inside that, and you will see the status change in your account once the reviewer closes it.

Why do you want to know where my money comes from?+

Because our licence makes source of funds a routine part of anti-money-laundering checks, and it applies to accounts across the board rather than to you personally. A short, honest explanation of your income or savings usually settles it, so nothing here treats you as a suspect.

My surname is different now, will that hold up my check?+

Send both papers, the identification in your current name and a document such as a marriage certificate or deed poll that links the two. Explaining the change in the message to [email protected] saves a second round, and the reviewer then closes the gap between the names.
